Lose Belly Fat – It’s Not Complicated!

It has long since been the ultimate obsession with men and women alike to posses the perfect body. In order for this phenomenon to be realized, one of the prerequisites is almost always an ability for a person to control their body fat.

Body fat is the main obstacle that people face when striving for that perfect sculpted shape. Six pack abs for men and a flat toned belly for women, form the basis of that classic “V” shape we all strive for. Unless we understand body fat however, and become adept at manipulating our diets in order to control it, we will never unlock our body’s vast potential to become the best it can be, in both an aesthetic sense and health-wise.

There are countless supplement companies now a days with thousands of products on the market which promise weight loss, ripped abs, toned lean bodies etc. The way in which they market their products is very clever indeed – they draw us in with their advertisements and pictures of perfect models, bronzed and shining in their skimpy outfits – what they are not telling us though, is what would cost them millions! 3. Replace your regular cardio workouts with more efficient “interval training” workouts which will greatly enhance your fat burning capacity.

4. Lastly, eat 6 small meals a day at 2/3hr intervals instead of the regular 3 meals. By giving your body a constant fuel source, it won’t feel the need to horde that unwanted fat for storage.

Belly fat, or visceral fat is the most dangerous fat on your body!

My jaw dropped a few times during my research on menopause belly fat – no kidding!

It’s the fat that’s behind your abdominal wall and it’s also the padding that surrounds your internal organs. Described as “an express lane pass to your heart and other important organs”, that’s exactly where the health dangers of carrying this excess abdominal fat begin.

Some of us store fat up higher in the rib cage, and others store it lower in the abdomen, but regardless of where it is, abdominal fat doesn’t just sit there and do nothing.
