<p>I find that amusing because there are only TWO diet strategies that work.</p>
<p>In this article, I&#8217;ll reveal the only two diet strategies that actually work &#8211; and how to pick the right to help you achieve your <a href="http://www.temimi.org/category/weight-loss">weight loss</a> goals.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s Your Choice: Eat Without Cheating? Or Cheat Without Eating? </p>
<p>Losing weight is simple &#8211; you just need to burn more calories than you consume over a consistent period of time.</p>
<p>Notice I said &#8220;simple&#8221;, not &#8220;easy.&#8221;</p>

<p>But let&#8217;s be honest: What if you simply don&#8217;t have the willpower necessary to swear off ice cream, cake, candy, etc? Then what?</p>

<p> &#8220;Cheat But Don&#8217;t Eat&#8221; </p>

<p>The solution is to shrink your window of eating.</p>
<p>If you eat junk food all day long, you&#8217;ll get fat.</p>
<p>But if you give yourself only a short window of time, you can eat ALMOST whatever you want and still lose fat.</p>
<p>For example&#8230;. if you skip breakfast, skip lunch and eat only two meals at night&#8230; well you don&#8217;t have to eat perfectly clean at night and you&#8217;ll still lose weight.</p>
<p>Sure, you&#8217;ll be hungry during the day. But as time goes on, the daytime hunger will fade into the background and you&#8217;ll find it&#8217;s a small price to pay for the reward of eating almost whatever you want at night.</p>
<p> The Promised Land: Eat And Cheat? </p>
<p>If someone has absolutely no willpower at all, then simply switching back and forth between these methods can work well.</p>
<p>Feel like eating during the day? Then stick to the approved foods. (Meat, eggs, veggies, etc.)</p>
<p>Feel like eating junk food and desserts? Then abstain from food during the day and eat what you want at night.</p>
<p>Sounds simple but this approach works like magic for fat loss.</p>

<p>Most people are familiar with the concept that the human body has a way of protecting itself against starvation.</p>
<p>What most folks may not realize is how strong this ability of the human body to protect itself against starvation actually is. In fact it&#8217;s strong enough to change the body&#8217;s metabolic rate, to slow it down so that less energy (calories) is consumed. And this happens even though the dieter is hungry because of his efforts to lose weight.</p>

<p>You will then experience another period of no weight loss at this lower level.</p>
<p>Now your body can successfully conserve energy again since your body is smaller by those two or three pounds it shed. So the frustration on your part begins again.</p>
<p>Since you are strong and stubborn in your dieting, in spite of the constant hunger, you end up losing a fair amount of weight, bringing you pretty much to your weight target. You now enjoy a thinner you.</p>
<p>But now that you lost all the weight you wanted to lose, it&#8217;s time to put an end to the hunger so you go back to your comfortable eating habits, although you are careful not to over eat.</p>
<p>After a while you have forgotten the rigors and pain of your <a href="http://www.temimi.org/category/diets">diet</a>, life is comfortable and you continue on your merry way. But then one day you discover that you have not only put on extra weight, but you have actually gone beyond where you were when you started dieting.</p>

<p>But the end result will be that your fat will magically melt away over a relatively short period of time, and you will never have to force yourself to be hungry again.</p>
