What Vegetables Complement Your Workout Routine to Build Muscle?

January 18th, 2012 § 0

How is your workout to build muscles doing? Have you noticed any difference in the appearance of your abs after weeks of long training spells in the gym and money spent on supplements and fat burning pills-or are you frustrated and ready to give up?

There are natural foods that complement a simple workout program to build muscle and lose fat. So how about looking at another form of generating muscle: A good vegetable diet! Along with meat that is high in protein, certain vegetables builds muscles, and sometimes very quickly, which is what everyone wants.

Vegetables should have a place in the meals every day because they contain iron, lime and the other minerals which build bones and blood and regulate the work of the body. Vegetables are the cheapest source of minerals and their value in the diet is great.

Muscle-Building Vegetables

Certain foods are called muscle builders because they contain a substance, protein, which builds muscles and other parts of the body. All vegetables contain protein, although some have only small amounts. The important muscle-building vegetables are beans, peas, lentils, and peanuts. Nuts also contain the muscle-building material. Other vegetables contain much smaller amounts of protein. The body-building materials of the vegetables are not so excellent as those of milk, cheese, egg, and meat. Therefore, if one uses these vegetables in the meals as a source of protein for any length of time, it is wise to serve them with milk, cheese, or egg. Everyone must eat foods which give the body fuel in addition to those containing minerals and the body-building protein.

Workout Routine

Now let’s talk a little about your workout routine. The key to a workout routine to build muscle mass and lose fat is commitment. You do need to be committed-with a little self-discipline and sacrifice. But that doesn’t mean you have to kill yourself in the gym every day. The average individual like you and me do not need to spend every given spare second in the gym! Body mass grows when you’re resting, not exercising. Just perform two different set of crunches every four or five days totally about 3 to 4 hours a week. One abdominal exercise that is simple is to be performed in 4 counts. Lie flat on the floor. On count 1 raise legs up high; on count 2 bring knees in to chest; on count 3 straighten the legs just a few inches from the floor, and on count 4 lower the legs to the floor. Do no more than ten at a time and move on.

So muscle-building vegetables is basically what is needed to feed the muscle which will work along-side a sensible training guide and before you know it you are seeing rapid results in a relatively short period of time. So why not start now!

Why You Need A Prebiotics Supplement For Balanced Digestive Health

January 17th, 2012 § 0

If you are experiencing frequent diarrhea or constipation, have bloating, gas, or simply have that constant full feeling – even when you haven’t had anything to eat for hours, then chances are your digestive system is completely out of balance.

An unbalanced digestive system can be extremely uncomfortable, and lead to a variety of health issues not just in your digestive tract but, throughout your body. What you need is a good prebiotics supplement for balanced digestive health.

While there are a number of prebiotic supplements on the market today, not all of these supplements have everything you need in order to balance your digestive system and get it functioning properly once again. In order for a prebiotic supplement to balance your digestive health,it must have the following four important components:

  • Prebiotics
  • Soluble fiber
  • Enzymes
  • Phenolics

Prebiotics

Prebiotics are non-digestible food ingredients that ferment in your digestive system and are the food source for the healthy bacteria that are necessary for maximizing digestive health. These good bacteria ‘stand guard’ over your digestive system, keeping the bad bacteria from creating all kinds of health problems.

Unfortunately, normal diets simply don’t contain enough prebiotics to keep that good bacteria healthy and help it grow. So you need a prebiotic supplement that has a lot of prebiotic material for balanced digestive health.

Soluble Fiber

Soluble fiber is also important in a prebiotic supplement for balanced digestive health, because much of the prebiotic material is contained in soluble fiber. In addition, soluble fiber also helps your body to absorb some very important nutrients and minerals from your food, which is necessary for good health and the proper functioning of your internal systems.

Enzymes

Enzymes are another important component in a prebiotic supplement for good digestive health,as digestive enzymes help to remove toxins from your digestive system, helping it to function better.

Enzymes also help break-up the food that you eat,and release the nutrients,so that your body can absorb them and use them to maintain better overall health.

And there is one benefit of digestive enzymes that are critical to your digestive system and to your overall health – and that is how it facilitates the digestion of proteins and foods with high fat content, which are the hardest foods there to digest.

When these foods are not properly digested or completely digested, they can sit in your colon and rot – and when this happens you run the risk of the rotted food to permeate the wall of your digestive tract and enter your bloodstream, leading to some very serious health problems.

Phenolics

Think of phenolics as ‘partners’ to your prebiotics. Whereas prebiotics nourish the good bacteria so they can grow, the phenolics actually inhibit the growth of the bad bacteria.

This combination of prebiotics and phenolics is very important for allowing the good bacteria to flourish and ‘take-over’ the bad bacteria – keeping them from having an adverse effect on your digestive system, while further promoting increased digestive health.

As you can see, a prebiotics supplement is very beneficial for your digestive health.

Just be sure that you choose a supplement that has a high concentration of the 4 critical components for balanced digestive health, those being prebiotics, digestive enzymes, soluble fiber, and phenolics.

And by doing so you will be taking a very big step in having the best balanced digestive health possible.

Prebiotics supplement digestive health are very much related, and balancing your digestive health is one of the primary benefits of taking the supplement – which can happen, providing it has prebiotics, digestive enzymes, soluble fiber, and phenolics included.

Yogurt With Probiotics for Your Health and Well Being

January 15th, 2012 § 0

Many of us have heard that yogurt with probiotics is excellent for us all; it aids your digestive health and it boosts our immune system with healthy microorganisms. But many people do not know that commercially manufactured yogurt are typically not recommended for building the right environment in your gut. This yogurt does not promote good bacteria to thrive inside the gut and intestines.

There are some very important distinctions between raw yogurt and the majority of commercially manufactured yogurt which could mean the distinction between getting better health or losing your health.

Pasteurization ruins an otherwise healthy drink

They might promise “yogurt with probiotics”, but it will be produced with the heat pasteurized milk which is not a good source of natural probiotics. This is due to the fact that while pasteurization is used to destroy undesirable bacteria or yeast that may be present in some foods, this process wipes out most healthy nutrients, vitamins and other the helpful microorganisms at the same time. That’s why most commercial yogurt, even with added probiotics, will not benefit you health.

Yogurt made from raw milk is a packed with nutrients, it’s a natural product that does not endure this process but comes with all the natural enzymes, vitamins and healthy bacteria, generally known as probiotics.

Beware of additives

Yogurt which is produced by the thousands by a few countrywide companies is typically packed with processed sugar, preservatives and other artificial substances. Sugar makes many bacteria and yeast thrive in your gut. Only this makes unsweetened, raw yogurt without question considerably better for the body. Natural bacteria can fight Candida-yeast and bacteria development. Candida yeast is nasty; it can ruin the delicate balance in your gut and suppress the growth of the good microorganism inside the digestive tract. Yogurt with probiotics is one way to keep your digestive tract in balance.

Is there any healthy yogurt?

Yes, of course these is. If prepared from raw milk, both kefir, Greek and regular unsweetened yogurt is great inclusions into a healthy diet. They are packed with calcium, probiotics, and protein while at the same time having a small amount of calories. Greek yogurt though will have most of the lactose, whey or sugars eliminated which will make for a little more bite, taste wise, but also improve the actual protein amount to roughly twice that of most commercially produced yogurt.

Consuming any sort of sugar-free, non-heat-pasteurized, raw yogurt packed with probiotics is definitely most health-promoting. You get nutritional vitamins and nourishing substances that your body will love; this promotes growth of the healthy bacteria colonies inside the body and this makes for a healthy stomach.

In the stomach and intestine of each person lives over a hundred trillion bacteria, and if you regularly add probiotics to your diet, it will guarantee that the good micro-organisms are thriving in your digestive system. These types of beneficial bacteria will help your to digest food efficiently, you will take in food nutrients more efficiently and your immune system will work smoothly to prevent illnesses. Consuming yogurt with probiotics gives the body an extra boost in getting these essential activities done.

Losing Weight Is Mind Over Matter

January 11th, 2012 § 0

I have been helping my clients lose weight for over 4 years now, and the main reason some people cannot lose weight is – they lose motivation.

The weight loss starts with your mind. Your thoughts. As with every other thing, your thought shape your body. Rest, all comes after that. For instance, if you think you will lose weight, you will. If you think you cannot, you cannot.

Let me tell you a story about ‘A’, to avoid mentioning names. I was working at my home, going through the mails of my clients around 10 pm that day when I received a call from A. He asked, if I could help him lose weight? I said why not, and I started with my usual questions about his present state of health. That is important. I should know from where I am starting and where to reach.

The discussion continued further as to what I offered and how will he lose weight. One thing I observed while talking to him was, he had tried almost every thing available. He tried going for a morning walk. After a few days he let go that plan. He then hired a personal trainer. The trainer was more serious about his routine, than he himself was. That plan was again shelved. He then tried doing yoga for some time and many more things.

I told him very clearly about my observation and told him about his problem. I said I was willing to help him lose weight if at all he was serious and would not get off in between. I am not interested in the money I make, but results of my clients. Today after losing 15 kg in 6 months, he is happy. He needs to lose more weight and is continuing.

It all begins with a thought. One fine day you realize you have gained weight and want to get back in shape. Great! So far so good. You then make a plan. Get up at 5.30. Drink a glass or two of water. Get fresh. Go for a walk. Get ready. Healthy breakfast. AM snack. Lunch. PM snack. Dinner. Go to sleep. The second day! Those of us who stick to the plan, get to see the results. Those of us who start expecting results the same evening, then the second day.. soon lose interest and say.. it does not work. I need a different plan.

Tell your mind, it’s going to take time. Tell your mind, no matter what you have to carry on. Mind your mind to see the results!

Does Drinking Water Affect Weight Loss?

January 8th, 2012 § 0

If you have ever tried to lose weight you have probably heard that you need to drink a lot of water. Some people will advise that you drink incredible amounts every day, and they will make big claims about it – that it will flush out fat from your system, fire up your metabolism, or burn the fat right off your body. So, is that true? Is drinking more water going to solve your fat loss issues quickly and easily?

The simple answer is no. Drinking water is not a miracle cure for weight loss. There’s a simple reason for that – there are no miracle cures for weight loss. That being said, drinking water can be an important part of a logical, effective weight loss plan. Here are four good reasons why:

When you are drinking water you aren’t drinking other things – Water has no sugar, no fat, no carbs, and no additives or chemicals in it. If you drink water then you aren’t drinking pop, juices, or fatty prepared drinks that re going to do damage to your weight loss goals. Sometimes the best changes you can make to your diet are just avoiding bad choices, and water can help you do that.

Water makes you feel full – Often times when our body tells us it is hungry it is actually just thirsty and we are misreading the signals. Getting in the habit of drinking a glass or two of water right before you eat a meal can help you limit your meal size, and makes it much easier to avoid unnecessary overeating.

Hydration is crucial for effective exercise – To lose weight you’ll need to have some type of exercise routine as part of what you are doing. If you aren’t drinking enough water then your body is going to rebel when you work out because it won’t be able to properly cool itself. That means you won’t be able to work as hard as you should, and you won’t lose fat as effectively. If you are dehydrated your blood can lose volume. When that happens your blood is less effective at getting oxygen to your muscles. That means that you can feel more tired, and less likely to work hard as a result.

It helps clear the pipes – A good weight loss diet will include a lot of healthy fiber. That will help flush out your system and improve your digestion. If you aren’t drinking enough water, though, then that fiber won’t leave your system as effectively and you’ll feel bloated, constipated, and generally unhappy.

So, while drinking water isn’t going to cause miraculous and instant weight loss, you can see that it is definitely important. You should start focusing on your water consumption today. As a first step, drink a glass of water every time you are preparing a meal. That’s an easy habit to get into, and you’ll quickly find that it has an impact on how much you eat, and how you feel after your meal.

Fat Reducing Pills Can Be a Practical Answer To Losing Weight

January 6th, 2012 § 0

Your clothing is beginning to feel a little uncomfortable around your waist and you realise that you are getting fatter. You know that you need to take some kind of action immediately but you are unsure what to do about it. You have considered weight reduction pills but you are uncertain about taking them. Will they help you or are they simply a waste of money?

Reducing your weight is not going to be easy whichever course of action you choose it is going to require some willpower!

Gaining weight was easy, it just happened naturally. It was a gradual process that happened over a number of years. Because the procedure had been so gradual you had just ignored it. In spite of this now that you have recognised that you have a problem you want the weight to disappear immediately.

You become fat as a direct result of consuming more calories than your body needed. The food you consumed was effectively fuel for the exercise you undertook.

Ideally you need strike an exact balance between the fuel you take on board (the food you eat) and the amount of energy you require to perform your daily tasks. If you strike an exact balance your weight should remain constant. Sadly however achieving this balance is tremendously difficult and in reality the vast majority of people consume far more food than require. The overall effect is that they put on weight.

The remedy of course is extremely simple, you reduce your intake of food and increase the amount of exercise you do and your weight will vanish again. Although this is true it generally requires far more willpower than most people possess

In order to help you there are weight reduction pills specifically designed to get results without the need for radical lifestyle changes.

When you do decide to lose weight with pills it is imperative that you get as much detailed information as possible about the products you are considering. You should also decide on the amount of weight you actually want to lose and then set yourself a practical time scale in which to do it. Avoid trying to lose weight too quickly.

There are essentially two main sorts of weight reduction pills that are available. These are hunger suppressants and fat burners.

Fat burners are designed to burn off existing fat without the need for additional exercise. They achieve this by raising your body temperature slightly which increases your metabolism. It should be stressed that although fat burners will work without taking exercise everyone needs to take at least some form of exercise to maintain their general health and well-being.

One of the main problems that you will face when trying to lose weight by reducing your food intake is hunger pangs. This is where hunger suppressants may be of benefit to you. Hunger suppressants work by making you feel satiated with a lower food intake which alleviates the problem.

Weight reduction pills can be extremely helpful if you desperately wants to lose weight but are unable to change your lifestyle. Although it is possible to lose weight with willpower alone it is far better to lose weight with pills to help you than resigning yourself to remaining fat.

Using weight reduction pills can be a realistic answer to losing weight. If you lose weight with pills you are able to burn off fat without the need for excessive amounts of strenuous exercise. It is also quite possible to control your appetite with hunger suppressants.

Getting Started – When and Where?

January 6th, 2012 § 0

Fifty percent of people who start an exercise programme quit within the first six months, so getting started and sticking to an exercise programme can be challenging. Before you start you need to ask yourself these questions to determine whether it’s SAFE for you to exercise:

1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?

2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?

3. In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?

4. Do you lose your balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness?

5. Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?

6. Is your doctor currently prescribing drugs (for example, water pills) for your blood pressure or heart condition?

7. Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?

If you answered no to all of these questions and you’re sure you want to exercise then you need to ask yourself a few more things:

Do I need a gym or can I exercise at home?

Choosing to exercise at home or in a gym will depend on a few things. First, do you know how to start an exercise programme? If not are you prepared to put in the research to find something that will actually get you results?

How much time do you have? If you’re short on time, a home gym can be the perfect solution. Nowadays, it’s easy and cost effective to buy a couple of dumbbells and a resistance band for your spare room.

How motivated are you? Exercising at home is not very inspiring for a lot of people. It’s in our nature to want to be part of a group so exercising in a gym can be much more motivating.

How self conscious are you? If you’re particularly self conscious, then training at home is an obvious solution. There’s no one to judge you and you can work at your own pace for as long as you see fit.

The pros and cons of exercising at home

Pros:

  1. Your own personal space. There is nothing like having your own gym, where there’s no lines, no socialisation, and nothing to hide. This is your domain. You can play your own music, grunt, and even cry if you drop a dumbbell on your toe.
  2. No membership fees. Your home gym is yours, there’s no monthly fee.
  3. Less Confusion. Exercisers working out at a gym will sometimes get overwhelmed with all of the different weird machines and cables and they’ll forget about what they’re there to achieve. When you train at home, your gym is made up of the things that fit your goals. After all, you bought the equipment so you are almost forced to use it. Which is a good thing.
  4. Gym Hours Are 24/7/365. Your gym is open every single day of the year, and that means you can exercise whenever you want. Being able to workout whenever you want opens up your schedule, and this is especially helpful to those with busy lives and kids.

Cons:

  1. Equipment costs. This is the most obvious disadvantage to starting a home gym. It can be very expensive to set up a nice home gym unless you’re planning on just sticking the next celebrity workout in the DVD player, but the investment may be worth it.
  2. Lack of a spotter. A spotter is someone who assists you with heavy weights or potentially dangerous exercises. However, all you need to fix this problem is to find a training partner or spotter (friend or family), or invest in a power rack. Power racks have pins in them set at proper heights so that if you drop or lose control of the weight, it falls on the pins, and not you!

The pros and cons of exercising in a gym

Pros:

  1. Atmosphere. You are surrounded by people with the same goals as you and this motivates you to lift heavier, run faster and for longer.
  2. Equipment. You’re not going to want to spend your hard earned money on expensive gym equipment. Instead you’ll be “renting it” from the gym. Whether you want a plethora of cables, or a hip abductor machine, the gym is going to have it. This greatly expands the list of exercise options you have when designing a workout program.
  3. Spotters. There’s always people at the gym, and if you ever need a spot, there will always be someone to ask. You’re surrounded by like minded people and, in my experience, everyone is friendly.
  4. Dumbbells. There are hundreds of dumbbell sets out there but if you want a decent quality set that caters to your strength needs, you’re going to have to get the wallet out. However, if you’re a 50kg housewife that struggles with a bag of sugar, then this won’t be a problem.
  5. Convenience. Gyms offer things like protein shakes, towels, day care, tanning, massaging, and steam rooms. These aren’t all necessary things, but they do make the lifting experience more comfortable for some people.

Cons:

  1. Lack of freedom. Grunting, farting and screaming are all frowned upon at the gym. You can’t collapse on the floor after a set of heavy squats or high five yourself when you’ve accomplished a new best 5k time on the treadmill.
  2. Waiting in line. Some gyms get crowded during certain days and times, especially after office hours. If you need to keep up a good pace for your fitness goals, this becomes impossible when there’s a line to use the machine you want.
  3. Location. It can be very inconvenient to drive 30 minutes away to get to the gym. This is especially bad for those of us with no motivation and who are looking for any excuse not to train.
  4. Hygiene. For the most part, gyms are pretty clean. But its not nice when you walk over to the bench to find a nice little puddle of sweat where your head is supposed to go or jump on the treadmill to find god-knows-what bodily fluids all over the control panel.
  5. Distractions. You go to the gym to workout, not to chat with other members. Most gyms that I’ve trained at could double up as a social club. Although it’s nice to have a chat with people who have the same goals as you and get some good tips and ideas, gyms can be too distracting for many people.

Top Health Benefits of Tomatoes

January 6th, 2012 § 0

Taste and nutrition as well as the health benefits of tomatoes have been highly valued. Enjoyed all over the world, they are essential ingredients in the diets of many cultures. Yet the plant has a spotty past, including myths, misconceptions and controversy, and the challenges of modern mass production of the tomato continue to spark debate. Yet there is no debate over the intrinsic health benefits of the tomato. The tomato is treasured for its nutritional value as much as for its delicious taste.

History of the Tomato

Peru is generally credited with first cultivating of the fruit now known as the tomato. The tomatoes of that day were tiny compared to modern tomatoes, but were already a valued food, bred for flavor. From Peru, the tomato spread through Southern and Central America. Mexico’s Aztecs prized them, using them extensively in their cooking, including salsa. When the Spanish invaded Mexico during the early 1500′s, the Aztecs developed a new, gruesome recipe involving tomatoes. The fruit was served with the flesh of the Spanish invaders.

Some believe it was the Spanish Conquistador Hernando Cortés who brought the tomato to Europe after conquering the Aztec capital, Tenochtítlan, now Mexico City. Others believe Christopher Columbus brought plants back to Europe with him as early as 1493. An Italian herbal document in 1544 mentions the tomato as pomo d’oro, or golden apple. In 1597, English surgeon John Gerard published an herbal declaring that the tomato was poisonous and not to be eaten, prompting a century or two of excluding the fruit from British and colonial diets.

Several theories exist as to why so many believed the tomato was poison. One theory puts the blame on pewter plates, which had a high lead content. Acidic food like tomatoes caused some of the lead to leach into the food, leading to lead poisoning. However, lead poisoning occurs so gradually, over such a long period of time, that many consider it unlikely that the tomato would have been identified as the cause. A more likely theory is that the tomato is considered a member of the nightshade family of plants. Indeed, the tomato leaf is not safe to eat. Eating tomato leaves can cause vomiting, diarrhea and dizziness, and in severe cases, can lead to death.

Controversy also existed for a time over whether the tomato is a fruit or a vegetable. Botanically, the tomato is a berry, a subset of fruit, but its content is more like a vegetable. Perhaps the best way to describe the tomato is as “the fruit that behaves as vegetable.”

Mass-Produced Tomatoes

Today, tomatoes are grown around the world, adapted to a variety of growing conditions with thousands of cultivars. Tomatoes vary in size, color and flavor, from four-inch diameter beefsteak beauties to the elongated plum tomatoes prized in sauces. Tomatoes rightfully take their place along nutritional super foods, yet in some areas of the world, efforts to mass produce the fruit are causing concern among health experts.

In Florida, much of the land used for agriculture was carved out of the everglades. The sandy soil and humid air doesn’t suit the temperament of tomatoes, so farmers add quantities of chemical fertilizers to prompt growth. The fruit is shipped to market while still green, before the sun has ripened their taste and color – the tomatoes are treated with gas to make them look red. When compared to organic tomatoes, they are higher in sodium, while lower in vitamins and minerals. Many of these tomatoes wind up in fast food restaurants and grocery chain stores. It is recommended that consumers buy locally-grown tomatoes whenever possible. When not possible, canned tomatoes are more healthful – the tomatoes found in canned tomatoes are typically allowed to ripen before processing.

Health Benefits of Tomatoes

Naturally-grown tomatoes contain many valuable nutrients, including lycopene, which has been linked to preventing cancer. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are nutrients that can slow or repair the damage that can be caused when the body’s cells metabolize oxygen. As cells take in oxygen, molecular bonds can break, causing by products called free radicals. Free radicals immediately try to stabilize themselves by latching on to the nearest molecule. This process can damage healthy cells. Too many free radicals – or not enough antioxidants – can predispose the body to cancer. Antioxidants may also help maintain the body’s immune system, reducing the instances of conditions and diseases associated with a weakened immune system. Notably, the skin of the tomato also contains powerful antioxidants.

Tomatoes contain other beneficial nutrients, including beta carotene and lutein, as well as vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E. Tomatoes are also rich in potassium. In addition, the nutrients in tomatoes become more powerful or efficient when combined with certain other foods. A Ohio State University study found that consuming tomatoes with healthy fats, such as olive oil or avocado, intensifies the body’s ability to absorb antioxidants by as much as 2 to 15 times. A study published in Cancer Research observed more positive effects in treating prostate tumors in rats when tomatoes were combined with broccoli. No allergies or adverse effects have been definitively associated with tomatoes.

Enjoying Tomatoes

The healthiest way to enjoy tomatoes is to either grow them in a home garden or purchase organically and locally grown tomatoes at a farmer’s market or health food store. When this is not possible, canned tomatoes are an acceptable alternative. One medium tomato, cup of tomato juice or soup constitutes one portion of recommended daily vegetable consumption. To receive the added benefits from combining tomatoes with other nutritionally-rich food, try adding a few broccoli florets to tomato soup. Add both tomatoes and broccoli florets to a salad. Reduce the amount of cheese on a pizza and drizzle olive oil over it for a rich flavor. Chop avocado into your favorite salsa, or chop tomato into your favorite guacamole. However you enjoy the health benefits of tomatoes you will be boosting your system and sampling one of life’s culinary delights.

There are many common foods that are beneficial for health. For more on the health benefits of avocado or how banana benefits your diet visit thehealthbenefitsof.com.

Creating Good Weight Loss Programs for Women

January 5th, 2012 § 0

The biggest problem with weight loss programs for women is the fact that they might be built for someone else and they might not be suitable in your case. Contrary to what you might believe, the most effective weight loss programs are different from one person to the other. We have to take into account a lot of factors from the pounds that need to be shed to the timeframe that you have to respect. So what can you do in order to create perfect weight loss programs for women?

The first thing to analyze is the weight problem that has to be taken care of. How many pounds do you need to get rid of? In the event that the amount is big you will have to be prepared to spend a long time till the results are gained. Then you will have to think about timeframe but you need to be realistic. It is true that there are some weight loss programs for women that are based on diets that will help you lose weight really fast. The problem is that the loss of weight is not at all proper. In most cases you will actually become dehydrated or you will lose weight that should not be loss (ie. Losing muscle mass structure). In all situations such a program will lead to health problems and eventually you are going to put the weight back on. Most women even get to be heavier. It is a really bad idea to not lose weight properly.
