Workouts to Build Muscle and Burn Fat – Only Half an Hour a Day!

In this article I am going to show you the workouts to build muscle and burn fat. I know that the time is very important for you and that’s why I am going to show you workouts that you can do for less than 30 minutes a day and that have incredible results!

I suggest starting the workout with some squats – about 3 series of 12 reps.

Then you go for push ups and pull ups – again 3 series of 12 reps.

After that do 15 reps of jumping jacks.

Now you are ready to start the real workouts and you better get ready for hard work. You have to be prepared for some intensive workouts, because if you want to succeed, you have to do the exercises intensively! That is the only way to success here.

Now when you are ready – perform mixed grip pull ups – 2 reps on every grip.

After that do the feet elevated push ups, again 2 reps. If you are new in this, get a rest between these two exercises. If you are not, do them and then rest.

After that, continue with dumbbell reverse lunges – 2 x 8 each leg.

Continue with standing dumbbell military press – 2 x 8 reps.

Repeat these exercises three times a week and you will see results in no time! If you have time, you can do it four times a week for better results. Try to put some weight exercises like deadlifts – it helps for burning fat and building muscle at the same time!
